There’s nothing worse than looking in the mirror in the morning to find your eyes look all puffy and you have dark circles. Ensure you are getting plenty of sleep at night  

The top reason why you might be getting dark circles under your eyes is because you aren’t sleeping so well. After all, with a lack of sleep, the blood vessels under the eyes can dilate, resulting in those frustrating dark circles. However, it can be difficult to try and boost your sleeping pattern. The first thing you need to do is make sure your room is perfect for a good night’s rest. After all, the room could be the reason why you are wide awake in bed. You need to make sure it’s a good temperature and look at getting some blackout curtains. As we said before, they stop light entering the room, so your sleep won’t be disturbed. Also, you need to get a firm mattress and comfortable pillows which allow a decent night’s sleep. And once you increase your sleep, you will soon find the dark circles are a thing of the past.

Make eye cream your friend

It’s also a good idea to start with an eye cream if you want to say goodbye to those dark circles.
