If you’re anything like me, it is absolutely necessary to have some killer jams during a workout. I usually have a pretty eclectic taste in music, but this is not the time for slow jams. Save those for later. If the BPMs (beats per minute) aren’t high enough to match my pace, then the song has gotta go.
Winter has finally set in, thus becoming treadmill season, so having the best workout playlist is definitely a contributing factor to a successful run.
