Cheddar Bacon Apple Panini Recipe
Looking for a quick and easy to make recipe that’s perfect for fall? This warm hearty Cheddar Bacon Apple Panini sandwich is a convenient way to create a complete meal that tastes great.
What You’ll Need:
- Green apple
- Dijon Mustard
- 8 slices of bread
- 12 ounces sliced cheddar
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- Dijon mustard
Makes 4 servings
1. Heat griddle or large skillet over medium-low heat (you can use a Panini press if you have one)
2. Assemble sandwich: Generously spread Dijon on 4 slices of bread. Top with slices of cheddar, 3 pieces of bacon, apple slices, additional cheddar. Place the remaining bread on top and spread with butter. Place on skillet buttered-side down and butter the remaining side.
3. Cook until cheese is slightly melted to bread is browned. Flip the sandwich and continue to cook until cheese is thoroughly melted and sandwich is golden brown.
