Country Inspired GRAMMY Look Tutorial

I am so excited to have teamed up with ULTA Beauty and P&G to bring you a Grammy inspired look.  Anyone who knows me knows that I am a major country music fan, plus I love beauty products so you really can’t go wrong with this great combo.

10959336_10100711626008141_4115452594174270279_nThe night of the GRAMMYs is when all of the most powerful women in the music industry come out and bring on the fashion.  This night never disappoints because we have some major risk takers and flawless women in this industry.  Many of us celebrate the GRAMMYs by tuning in from our couch or watching with our best girl friends.

We swoon over the beautiful red carpet looks our favorite fashionistas are wearing.  I am so excited to have teamed up with ULTA Beauty to bring you a tutorial for a country inspired make up look, perfect for the GRAMMYs.  Plus, I love that you can rock this look with or with out a red carpet gown.  With products from COVERGIRL, Olay Regenerist, Crest, and Pantene, ULTA has everything you need to get red carpet worthy looks

10982446_10100711628403341_1122112115474145219_nStep 1:

Apply Eye Shadow Quads New shadows with high-intensity shades, rich textures and beautiful intuitive pack design providing that instant eye impact. Have you seen the new COVERGIRL Eye Shadow Quads? 6 high –intensity shades, 6 times the eye candy! Shadows are enriched with skin conditioners and modifiers for a smooth, even application.  I used a variety of browns to achieve this look.  Remember to start with the darker hues on outsides of your eyes and get lighter towards the center.

Step 2:

It’s time to define those eyes and brows.  Use the Bombshell Pow-Der BROW + Liner to get beautifully defined, face-framing brows & soft eye definition instantly and easily.  Amp up your look with the new COVERGIRL Bombshell Pow-der BROW + Liner. Get beautifully defined, face-framing brows & soft eye definition instantly and easily

10929955_10100711628183781_3171875781525071957_n Step 3:

Bring out every lash with Full Lash Bloom by LashBlast Mascara. The petal-shaped brush design aligns, combs, and coats every lash evenly for full, separated volume, while the soft mousse formula with full-flex system makes lashes soft and full as a flower – not stiff or spiky.  For me, mascara always makes a look.  It is amazing how much a few coats of mascara can really make your eyes pop.

Step 4:

No Grammy look is ever complete with out a defined lip.  I have had some serious lip stick obsession lately.  Top off this country inspired look with, Outlast Lip Color from COVERGIRL.  Their advanced formula, with resilient, brilliant coverage, color, and shine, gives you up to 16 hours of color that stays true, in just 2 easy, breezy steps. Outlast’s long-lasting lip color has a moisturizing topcoat that helps lock in shine – no feathering, no bleeding.  No time for touch-ups? No problem! COVERGIRL Outlast Lip Color gives you up to 16 hours of color in just 2 easy, breezy steps.

Check out my step by step video, too. 🙂
