Designer Spotlight: Dominique Auxilly

For some time now I have had my eye on designer Dominique Auxilly and her amazing, eye-catching dresses.  She makes a woman feel like a celebrity with her vibrant, sexy pieces- all while keeping them down to non-celebrity prices.  She’s caught the eyes of many women in the industry, and now Miss Auxilly is really blowing up!

Stars like Angela Simmons, Nicki Minaj, and Dawn Richards have been spotted numerous times in these dresses, and always making headlines on the fashion blogs when they do.  Dominique Auxilly makes her pieces stand out by adding structure to her designs, as well as luminous, vivid colors.  Singers Brandy and Kelly Rowland have even taken editorial photos in her pieces, proving that this young woman time in the fashion world is only beginning.

You would think singer/actress Adrienne Bailon was a spokesperson for D.Auxilly- it seems to be the only designer she wears most of the time.  However, it is actually rumored that she will be collaborating with the designer and they will be releasing their designs together in the near-future.  Adrienne turned heads the other night when she wore the “Miss Burton” dress to Caesars Entertainment’s “Escape to Total Rewards” function, where the Cheetah Girls star also decided to go commando and the dress decided to shift( can you say horrible wardrobe malfunction?).  Fortunately for her things like this happen in fashion all the time, so she can continue to wow the world wearing Auxilly’s designs (just wear the proper undergarments!)

With prices ranging from $98-$398 and sizes ranging from zero to 20, Dominique Auxilly does her best to accommodate every woman, making her a designer to look out for.  Based in New York, this self-taught designer recently showed off her work during last season’s Fashion Week, and she has no plans of slowing down.  Look at all of her latest looks and buy them at and make sure to catch her designs on Rip the Runway, airing March 21st at 10 p.m. on B.E.T!

Spot on with this write-up, I really think this website wants way more credit. I’ll probably be back to read far more, thanks for that info.

Helpful information. Lucky me I discovered your web site unintentionally, and I’m shocked why this twist of fate didn’t happened in advance! I bookmarked it.
