Diet To Go Full Review

Around the beginning of February I gave Diet To Go a try for 30 days and I am excited to share my thoughts with you.  If you haven’t seen my video showcasing all of the food you get, you can check that out here.

For 2015, I was all about getting healthy.  When I first started speaking with Diet To Go about this opportunity I knew I had to give it a try.   I am all about getting healthy and actually being ready when summer time comes around this year.  As much as I hate to admit it, I am well aware that is all about what goes in your mouth for slimming down.

What is Diet To Go?

Will you lose weight?

While, weight loss varies for everyone, I am happy to say I did see a small weight loss after the 30 days of approximately 5 pounds.  Eating great food and getting to slim down, no complaints here.  Meal-based diet delivery programs don’t usually make your mouth water.  But, Diet-to-Go’s dietitian-designed, chef-crafted meals make losing weight taste great. So live your life, enjoy what you eat and watch the weight come off.

Will I be supported?

YES! This is seriously helpful.  A weight loss journey can be one of the hardest for people to tackle.  With Diet-to-Go you get an entire team of
health professionals, including a Registered Dietitian, a Nutritionist, and a Certified Health Coach to support you and your goals.

Would Sarah recommend Diet To Go?

You better believe it.  This is probably the most simply and satisfying eating program I have ever tried.  It’s so nice how it works.  A big container of food shows up on your front porch filled with amazing meals for the week.  And when I say amazing, I mean it.  This is REAL food!  That is REAL good! One thing, I would do differently is just doing 5 days of meals instead of 7.  If you don’t keep up with it your meals will add up really quickly and if you choose to go out to eat or eat something else, you’ll get behind on your food.
