DIY Chalkboard Paint Margarita Glasses

It’s almost time for Christmas and soon after that it will be time to ring in the New Year.  I have a great DIY idea to share in case anyone would like to add a new fun way to celebrate New Years Eve.

I had a great time making these with my sister over the weekend.  All you need is some Margarita Glasses, chalk board paint and a paint brush.  You can get some great glasses at the dollar store.  Plus, you can mix it up and use other types of glasses like wine or martini.  Check out my pictures below for this simple and fun DIY.

This project was really easy to do and I love how the chalk can be wiped off and reused for another occasion.  Leave a comment and let me know what you think.  If you give it a try, what kinds of glasses will you use?

If you are a DIYer be sure to check out all these great DIY projects. 🙂

What a great idea and could be applied to other items. It is something I may have to try in order to keep the kids from fighting over whose item is whose.
