The Easiest Low Calorie Brownies You’ll Ever Make

Fall is officially here and that means its time to start baking! Specifically baking all things pumpkin.  When it comes to whipping up some tasty treats you don’t have to worry about crazy measurements and ingredients with this super simple brownie recipe.

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Spray your pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3.  Mix together brownie mix and pumpkin.  It mixes really well, I just used a fork.
  4. Pour batter into baking dish and bake for 20-30 minutes (Use a toothpick or fork to check that they are done).
  5. Cut, serve and enjoy!

I add a tablespoon of cocoa and a teaspoon or so of instant coffee to the brownie mix and give it a stir.

You don’t list what size pan to use or how many servings to make it low calorie or what the nutritional information is. Thanks.
