Sign up to your local gym and start taking a few exercise classes. Working out a few times a week is a great way to blow off steam and can help you forget about your troubles. Not only that, though, but your health will really benefit from it! Think about spending some time catching up with a friend. If you are busy chatting away, you won’t think about drinking or smoking for even just a second! If you don’t want to risk catching up at a bar, simply visit your local coffee shop. Or you could always give a friend a quick phone call. If you have a friend who lives in another state, get in touch the old school way and send them a personal hand-written letter!
