I recently had the chance to participate in a google hangout with some of the leading ladies from the fast and furious 6.  Check out the video above for a fun interview I participated in with other awesome bloggers from across the web.  You can catch my part at around 10:15.

My questions was: Do you have any tips for how women can get in shape and get that Fast and Furious body?  Obviously, you probably have to do a lot of training to be able to do those stunts and different things.  Do you have any tips for the summer?

I loved Gina Carano’s response:  I think it’s important to find something that you love.  My personal suggestion is try hitting something.  I don’t know why but sometimes yoga does not inspire you to get up every morning.

On Friday, I met up with the other bloggers and we were given a fun, new device from Verizon, the  Samsung Galaxy Camera.  The technie little cameras are really neat.

I have really been excited about the warm weather that is quickly approaching.  I decided to visit my local Walgreens to pick up a few summer beauty must haves from Neutrogena.

I visited my Walgreens and asked my local Beauty Advisor,“What Neutrogena products she would suggest to help me enhance my beauty/skin care for Spring/Summer?”

This was the first time I had talked to a Beauty Advisor and it was a lot of fun.  Every Walgreens has one, available in the Beauty dept.  She was really nice and I had so much fun talking beauty products with her.

I decided to purchase the NEUTROGENA Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes.  I am so busy that saving time getting the make up off my face, sounded like a great idea to me.  These are gentle, ultra soft cloths with superior cleansing technology.  They effectively dissolves all traces of dirt, oil and makeup—even waterproof mascara—for clean,fresh skin in one easy step.  I think these would be absolutely perfect to bring along with you on vacation, especially after a day on the beach.

The other product I purchased was the NEUTROGENA Revitalizing Lip Balm sunscreen SPF 20.  I don’t know what is about the summer monthes, but I feel like I apply lip balm just as much if not more than I do in the winter.  My Beauty Advisor helped fill me in on the benefits in this little tube.  It helps improve lips’ texture and restores the look of rosiness in just one week.  Plus, the SPF 20 helps protect lips and keeps them looking healthy.   Since, I purchased it I have been addicted to this stuff. It feels great on your lips and it is nice to know that you are protecting your self with a little SPF.

Women’s sunglasses took center stage on the runway this season with designers debuting eye-catching designs for their 2013 spring/summer lines. From bold colors and patterns, to innovative shapes and embellishments, this must-have accessory is anything but average. Take a look at the five top trends in designer sunglasses for 2013 and see which one you’ll be sporting this year.

1. Interesting shapes

You’ll break the mold with this 2013 women’s sunglasses trend. Funky, unexpected shapes showed up in many major designers’ collections this year, and they’re sure to spice up any ensemble you’re wearing. Ranging from exaggerated edges to geometric shapes like octagons, these on-trend sunnies have an almost futuristic feel that will most certainly draw attention.

2. Color

You’ll also find them with embellishments like jewels, glitter and metal decorative accents, as well as incorporating the color and oversized trends of 2013.

5. Mirrored

Another designer eyewear blast from the past are mirrored lenses. Popular in the 1980s, this right-now trend is found in everything from classic aviators to patterned plastic frames. The color-tinted reflective lens is particularly popular, giving those who are interested in the color trend a more subtle option than an all-out hue-drenched frame.

Other popular themes include sport-inspired sunglasses, patterns and floral embellishments and decorations. No matter what style appeals to you, chances are you’ll be making a statement with your sunglasses in 2013.
