The solution: combining workouts on the beach is a perfect way to get your tan on while getting in shape, and having fun while doing it. These workouts help you stay on the beach and keep you healthy, without knowing you’re actually working out!

Run in the sand-

Go swimming-
Something as simple as what you’ve been doing since you were little can burn up to 350 calories per hour. Swimming against natural waves helps your muscles work together, giving you a full-body workout. Plus, water reduces joint strain so spending as much time in the water is up to you. Just don’t forget sunscreen!

Play volleyball-
Playing volleyball regularly on the beach is a surefire way to lose weight and get your muscles stronger. Being considered an aerobic activity, beach volleyball increases your heart rate, improves your immune system and increases your stamina. Having a great view of the water and meeting new people is an awesome plus!
