Frozen Yogurt Dots – A Healthy Treat You Can Make At Home

If you’re wanting something tasty this summer but are unwilling to sacrifice your diet, try making your own frozen yogurt dots. It’s actually pretty simple.
What you’ll need:

  1. Yogurt (any flavor of your choice)
  2. Plastic sandwich bag
  3. Baking sheet
  4. Freezer

Directions:

  1. Pour your favorite yogurt into a plastic sandwich bag.
  2. Cut a small piece off the corner of the bag. You’ll be using the bag like a piping bag most often used for frosting when decorating a cake.
  3. Make yogurt dots onto your baking sheet. Make as many as you want. Size does not really matter. Just make them to your liking.
  4. Place baking sheet in freezer for approximately one hour.
  5. Remove dots from baking sheet.
  6.   Eat like candy. 🙂

These are very simple, very healthy and great for summer!
