Hey Mariana!! Great post. Losing weight has become tough these days due to busy lifestyles and stress. I was 90 kg earlier. Now I have lost 5 kg in two months by following a natural weight loss diet. I ate a lot of fish and cut out all dairy products. I used sabja seeds in my weight loss journey as a key ingredient. Hey Mariana!! Thanks for valuable post. I was very struggling to lose weight due to busy working hours. After reading this post I used to eat a lot of fish and fiber foods. Moreover, I used to do some weight loss exercises. These techniques helped me to lose weight as fast as possible. I have reduced from 80 to 66.
