We all know how time consuming homemade cookies can be, but why spend so much time and money when you can have homemade cookies with a preparation time of 5 minutes and requires only 3 ingredients? This recipe from Picky Palate is great for parents that have to deal with impatient children, and for those that want to bake something simple.
This recipe requires peanut butter, marshmallow cream, and one large egg! Some of the best ingredients in the world!
Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Mix the peanut butter and egg in a bowl. In another bowl mix the combined peanut butter and egg with the marshmallow cream. Don’t mix it too much! You want to see a swirl from the marshmallow in the dough. Use a cookie scooper or your hands to make little balls and put them on a baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, and let it cool for 5 minutes. Jenny Flake from Picky Palate says this recipe can make up to 18 cookies.
