My best friend and I would always get into ridiculous adventures when we were younger, once night he was feelig down and out so i bet him that he couldn’t climb an abandoned oil tank near the park where we were (the staircase was barely attached). In a depressed tone of voice he told me he was right, and he was not that stupid. I took off running and started to climb, ignoring his calls behind me…he was livid, I just kept climbing…I was petrified as the building felt as unstable as possible. I did not say a word though, I got to the top fist the tanks are 10 stories tall and gave a nice view of the Kansas City lights. He told me I was crazy and we kissed while holding on to a rusted pipeline, 5 years later I still call him my best friend but he’s my husband now too!

    Hi there!

I have done so many crazy things for love its unbelievable. Where do I even begin? I once drove 30 hours just to give my love flowers on her birthday bc no companies would deliver on the weekend….I swam across a 3 mile lake to get to my loves house because the bridge was broken and I was without a boat…I wrote a song about my love…I have made poetry, paintings, and comic books about love for my love. I would literally take a bullet for the ones I love. Love to me is about more than just a four letter word, it is about deep connection with another that nothing can separate and lasts forever. Last but not least, I love Sarah Scoop. She is the most beautiful woman in the world besides my love.

May your love be strong and your strength be bountiful.

When my high school sweetheart (now-husband) and I were first dating, I was in high school, and he was attending college at the University of Kansas. One New Year’s, we couldn’t be together because he was working. So I made the 200-plus mile trek, leaving around 10 p.m., so I could surprise him and meet him to share a New Year’s kiss. I made it just in time! It’s not that crazy of a story, but since then, we’ve certainly shared a crazy ride of life. We’ve had two beautiful children and shared more than 10 years of togetherness, and I wouldn’t change a thing. We would absolutely loooove to go see Hunter Hayes but can’t afford tickets this year! Please send us (and make us hunt for a babysitter for the first time in a loooong while!)
