It’s Almost the International Day of Happiness- Join me in Acts of Happiness brought to you by Live Happy

I absolutely love seeing things popping up on social media and around the web that tell the story of someone restoring their faith in humanity.  Simple Acts Of Happiness can not only make someone’s day, but also change their lives.  I am so excited to share with you Acts of Happiness brought to you by Live Happy.

Tomorrow, March 20, 2014 is the International Day of Happiness and to celebrate I’m heading over to ActsOfHappiness.org and pledging to do a simple act of happiness.  I hope you will join in my efforts to make the world a better place through this movement.

They are as simple as a hug. A kind word. Helping a neighbor. Holding a door. Acts of Happiness are small things—with a big impact. They’re every day, thoughtful expressions that others do for us—and that we intentionally do for others. So, come on! Make someone’s day—and yours—a little brighter.

By joining me in taking this pledge, not only will you be spreading the happiness to someone in your life, but you’ll also be making a happy change in the world.  The pledge process takes less than a minute AND for every pledge $1 will be donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, up to $25,000.  It won’t cost you anything but a few seconds and you’ll be able to help make the world a happier place.

Plus, spreading the happy bug might also get you a little happiness in your own life.  All day today, March 19th, everyone who makes a pledge will be entered to win one of 5 $50 Visa Gift Cards. The winners will be notified via email on March 20th.

thankyou

It was such an easy process to pledge why I am happy.  Just head over to ActsOfHappiness.org and tell why you are happy.  After you make the pledge you can share, make sure to include #HappyActs.  I have so many supportive people in my life and I am randomly choosing a few of them to give a handwritten thank you note.  I hope this will not only let them know how much I appreciate the, but also bring a smile to their face.

So, what act of happiness are you going to do? I can’t wait to see why you are happy. 🙂
