Say what you want about the Kardashians, but they work hard to keep their bodies looking good! Kim Kardashian lost 70 pounds by working out and sticking to a low carb diet. Her sister Kourtney, shared that she follows a KETO diet plan with fasting suggested by her doctor.
Kim’s nutritionist Colette Heimowitz shared to Marie Claire, that Kardashian’s diet is powered by protein. “[Kim’s] eating healthy fats, and high-fiber carbohydrates, and some fruits and nuts, and a wide variety of protein.” To start her weight loss journey her nutritionist says Kim’s ate “adequate protein (fish or chicken or meat or eggs), some dairy (Greek yogurt or some cheese), healthy fats (like nuts or avocado), and high-fiber carbohydrates (vegetables, lots and lots of vegetables, fruits like berries or cherries or cantaloupe).
Losing 70-pounds is a great accomplishment and on her app Kim Kardashian shared which five foods are her go-to’s to insure she keeps the weight off.
