Low Calorie Creamy Tomato Soup

Delicious, low calorie and creamy! 

  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese (low fat)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp basil (optional)
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  1. Heat oil in a small saucepan over medium heat; cook onion, stirring occasionally, until soft. 

  2. Combine onions, tomatoes, water, cream cheese and garlic in a blender; process until smooth. 

  3. Spoon tomato-mixture back into pan; simmer until heated through and garnish with basil.

This is directions for a servings of one.
