Low Carb Low Calorie Cottage Cheese Chicken Bake

When it comes to eating healthy, it can be a challenge.  Here is an easy recipe that takes your favorite Hiland Dairy cottage cheese and turns an easy chicken bake into a delicious dinner.

All you need:

  • Chicken
  • Broccoli
  • Onion
  • Cauliflower Rice
  • Hiland Dairy cottage cheese (get a coupon here)
  • Egg Whites (or 2 eggs)

This recipe was so easy to make and taste great.

The first thing you’ll do is grill your chicken and lay it on the bottom of your cooking dish.

Next, mix your other ingredients into a bowl.

Then layer the mixture on your chicken pieces.

You will then bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Once browned, divide and enjoy!
