Low Carb + Vegetarian Spaghetti and Meatballs Recipe

This recipe doesn’t take much to make and taste just as delicious as plain old spaghetti and meatballs. Cut those carbs with spiraled zucchini or carrots. (You can also make your own, use this tool.)

Fast, Easy, and Healthy Spaghetti and Meatballs

This healthy and stress-free recipe uses Gardein vegan meatballs, alfredo sauce, and carrot spirals. Make the recipe vegan by using tomato sauce instead! 

  • 1 bag carrot or zucchini spiral
  • 1 can Alfredo or tomato sauce
  • 1 bag Gardein meatless meatballs
  1. Place the meatballs and alfredo sauce on the stove on low heat for 10 minutes. 

  2. Take another skillet and add the carrot spirals for 5 minutes. 

  3. Place the carrots on your plate and top with the sauce and meatballs. Enjoy!
