This matcha mug cake is such a good dessert to eat while giving caffeine to boost your day! Stick it in the microwave for a minute and you’re good to go!

Matcha green tea lattes are one of my favorite drinks to wake me up! Sometimes I don’t feel in the mood for a drink and want something to eat, so this is the perfect recipe! You can add your desired matcha powder and make it your own!

This mug cake is a nice light and subtle dessert for the people who do not like super sweet and sugary desserts You can add however much sugar you want to the cake to adjust it to your liking.

There are many different kinds of matcha powders, for me, mine already had monk fruit sweetener in it so it did not need too much sugar!
