Now that November is here, germs are on the horizon. I avoid feeling under the weather at all costs, so I headed to my local Kroger to stock up for all my wellness needs. If you head to Kroger during the month of November, you can save on these products!

These are my favorite products to buy in the fall to fight off germs. This season, I’m prepared for any sniffle that might arise.

Breathe Right Extra Clear

For nights I’m feeling a little congested, I always pop on a Breathe Right Extra Clear nasal strip. It’s safe to sleep in, and super easy to apply. I was surprised by how comfortable they were as well. Within ten minutes of wearing it, I completely forgot it was there. The best part: It opens up my nasal passages, and I’m able to breathe better so I can sleep better.

TYLENOL® Cold + Flu Severe

When I’m starting to feel under the weather, TYLENOL® Cold + Flu Severe always has me covered. It especially helps when I’m feeling congested or sense a sore throat.  It’s also the #1 doctor recommended pain relief brand.

Kleenex Trusted Care

Kleenex is the #1 consumer preferred tissue for a reason. They are super soft and don’t irritate your nose like other brands. Not only that, but you get a great value out of them. I only have to use one Kleenex at a time.

Theraflu Severe Cold & Cough

Theraflu truly does give you the power to feel better. It always amazes me how quickly I can start to feel better after using Theraflu. You get fast and powerful relief, all without a prescription.

Dial Complete Pear Foam Soap

Washing your hands is especially crucial during the fall. Dial is an antibacterial killing 99.9% of germs and Americas #1 soap. * I’m a sucker for foam soaps because they make washing your hands so fun. The fresh pear scent is an added bonus.

HALLS Honey Lemon Cough Drops

Whether you have a scratchy throat or a cough that won’t quit or if you just want something to help you boost your immune system, HALLS has you covered. I tried one and felt it’s soothing effects within seconds. Plus they’re a nice little boost of lemon.

These brands have you covered so knowing they are all in your pantry at home, offers peace of mind. Join me in a sniffle free fall season with a little help from Kroger!
