Get ready to assemble at Disneyland, Marvel fans! Marvel attractions are coming to Disneyland California, Disneyland Hong Kong, and Disneyland Paris parks. We’ve got the scoop on the new Marvel-themed areas coming to the parks!

Major changes to Disney properties began with Pandora: The World of Avatar in Disney World’s Animal Kingdom. Disney is working quickly to add more sections to their parks based on franchises from their studios. Toy Story Land in Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Shanghai Disney opened this year, while Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland and Disney World will open in 2019. Disney wants to immerse guests in their favorite movies in bigger and better ways. It makes sense that they’re continuing this mission with Marvel.

Disneyland Resort

What types of Marvel attractions and experiences can we expect? Let’s start with Disney’s California Adventure at the Disneyland Resort. Because this park already has a Guardians of the Galaxy ride, the plan is to add more Marvel experiences to create a Marvel section. Guests can expect a live show and rides featuring the Avengers. Which heroes? Judging by the poster, it looks as though Spider-Man and Doctor Strange will join the Guardians.

Disneyland Paris

Disneyland Paris is going all out with Marvel! The park kicked things off with the Marvel Summer of Super Heroes between June and September. Disneyland Paris turns 25 and is celebrating with Avengers live shows, hero meets, and dance-offs. Disneyland Paris’s Marvel area will include a ride where guests join Iron Man on an adventure. The poster also shows Hulk, Wanda, Thor, and Black Widow interacting with guests. Hopefully, fans will see their favorites in the ride, live shows, or character greets.

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort

Disneyland Hong Kong opened an Avenger-themed ride last year. According to Disney, guests love the Iron Man Experience. It’s time for an Ant-Man and The Wasp attraction to join Tony Stark in Hong Kong. Fingers crossed Hawkeye and Captain America join the fun!

In their sneak peek, Disney calls on Marvel fans to expand their universe and prepare for recruitment. Fans won’t have long because the completion date for these amazing Marvel upgrades is somewhere around 2020. Good thing there’s quite a few Marvel movies and TV shows to take our minds off the wait!
