Simple DIY Home Remedies
I was looking on How Does She? and I found a list of home remedies that I think are very helpful. The list says is supposedly for kids, but I’m sure that it will work for adults as well. If you are an adult give it a try! This isn’t the complete list, but I picked the ones that seemed the most useful.
Black licorice works for constipation and according to Emily from How Does She? It works 9 out of 10 times!
For minor burns, pour baking soda and vinegar in equal amounts into the bowl and mix the ingredients together.
This will provide a cooling sensation to the burn area.
This ear infection tip is probably a better one for children because ear infections are generally not very common for adults. Emily says to use a hot pack that is big enough for them to lay their heads on it. This will relieve the aches.
Use a lemon honey drink for sore throats. Just heat a cup of water, add 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, and 1 and ½ tbsp. of honey. This will provide some relief from a scratchy throat.
Coconut oil is something that most women will appreciate. According to Missy from How Does She? It is a great for lotion, fly away hairs, and is also a great makeup remover that doesn’t sting your eyes. The best part is it’s all natural.
