With memorial day weekend coming up, there will be a ton of people hitting the beach and the pool. Jumping out of those clothes and into a bikini can be a stressful thing to do if you are not confident with your body. So along with working out, remember that small steps eventually make a big difference. Don’t leave out the little things that you don’t think will help. For example, when going to the gym, don’t park in the closest parking spot. Park far away and get your blood pumping. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. If your on an escalator, don’t just stand there and let it do all the work; walk up it! When your watching television, stand up during commercials and walk in place. These are easy and doable tips to achieve. Stop being lazy and start getting fit!
