Nice body weight workout! Although, personally I’d do planks instead of the zillion crunches.

I have done this one before and LOVE it! It’s so hard the first time around! I’m just happy it doesn’t have any burpees!!!! LOL
this sounds like a great workout, i don’t workout but want to but this one i would have to start off slow!
