The 100 Workout

For a lot of us, it’s hard to get to they gym every day.  Some of us are too busy with school, work, or other activities. Some of us don’t even have a gym membership because of how expensive it can get, even if you do want to get that great body.  Well I have recently discovered a workout that you can do in the comfort of your own home, with no materials required, for free! Yes, for free. It’s hard to believe, but once you do this workout one time, your body will be aching the next day. It’s called the 100 workout. You start with a set of 100 jumping jacks, then your sets decrease by 10 each time, alternating exercises and the parts of your body that are being worked out. It will kick your butt but you’ll feel great afterwards, and you’ll earn an awesome body in return! Follow the image below for instructions.
