Three Great Reads

I love a good book and I’m always looking for a new read, nonfictional or fiction, it doesn’t really matter! Whether it’s  for summer reading, a long distance flight, a car ride, or you’re just a book worm, like myself, you definitely want to  get your hands on these three amazing books!  I have read all three cover to cover and I couldn’t put them down. Real page turners!  For me, a good book is like a good cup of coffee, I can’t get enough. Grab a mug and check out these wonderful reads!

Book 1 – A Cup of Comfort by Colleen Sell.  This book is part of a national bestselling series and it will definitely lift your spirits and warm your heart. The stories are short, very touching, and will probably bring a tear to your eye every now and then.  Read a few stories a day or maybe all at once, and I promise you that you will not be disappointed!a cup of comfort

Book 2 – The Spirit of the Moon by Philip H. Mitchell.  If you like a good mystery with a bit of a love and danger, this book is for you!  A quick read, but very exciting. It will definitely keep your mind wandering, and you won’t want to put it down.  The question is, how does this end?  Will Jate end up with Katen? Do the bad guys get in the way?  This book is for sure one too add to your buying list!  Plus, the author is a local Kansas resident, so I am partial to the fact that he is from my home state!  Find his book on Amazon!

Book 3 – When God Winks by Squire Rushnell.  Do you believe in coincidence or, as this book calls them, God Winks? This book will make you wonder why things happen the way that they do.  Are they meant to be? This book is a fun read and gives a new meaning to the things that happen in our life and the lives those around us.

Hello! I was born and raised in a small Kansas town but have always loved the city and all that it has to offer! I love to travel, I love fashion, and I love to eat…and write about it! My small town life growing up has definitely shaped who I am today and as I grow older, I am starting to appreciate that more and more. When I am not writing or at my day job, I am most likely baking, running, spending time at the local farmers market, or hitting up a good happy hour! I am currently in Nursing school and will graduate in 2017, I love helping people!! I am obsessed with taking pictures that aren’t conventional and sharing them with the world. My family and friends mean the world to me and I cherish each second I spend with them. I currently have my own blog titled “Dirt Roads ~ High Heels”
