Healthy and Easy Stir Fry

This vegan and Weight Watcher’s friendly dish will have you coming back for more. It’s easy to make and super savory.

  • 1/2 bag Gardein chicken
  • 1 can peas
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  1. Place the rice in a boiling pot of water, stir occasionally. 

  2. Remove the rice after ten minutes of cooking and place in the stovetop on medium heat with the oil.

  3. Add in the carrots, Gardein chicken, peas, and soy sauce. Reduce to low heat. 

  4. Remove from the pan after ten minutes and enjoy!
