Thanksgiving is right upon us and the temptations will soon be real! The holiday season is kind of hard for everyone who is on weight watchers or on their special diet. Well, we’ve got the scoop for you on some of the delicious food you might see on the table Thursday! While some of these items will vary based on recipes, this should give you a general idea of what you should expect! Check the list out!

Meat

Turkey

  • 3 oz. Breast, skinless: 1 sp (2 pp)
  • 3 oz. Giblets, white or dark meat, no skin: 2 sp (3 pp)
  • 3 oz. Light Meat, with skin: 3 sp (3 pp)
