This healthy lasagna will have you coming back for more. It's the perfect weekday dish to make on a cold night.
Heat the olive oil on a skillet on medium heat, cut the sausage and add it to the skillet.
Add all of the spices.
Stir in the tomato sauce and tomatoes for 5 minutes.
Turn off the skillet and spread the mixture into a baking pan thats 13x10. Place the lasagna sheets on the pan. Spread more sauce and the ricotta/mozzarella cheese, repeat until sheets are gone and covered in the sauce and cheeses.
Add more cheese to the top of the dish along with the remaining sauce.
Bake for approx. 35-40 minutes and serve.
