25 Healthy Snack Ideas
Being on a diet doesn’t mean your foods have to be bland or boring. Sometimes during the day, you need a pick-me-up snack. These healthy snack ideas are more on the creative side and less on the bland side while still being healthy! And remember everything in moderation.
- Pita bread and hummus topped with feta cheese and chopped olives
- Cottage cheese with low-fat yogurt
- Homemade fruit smoothies
- Handful of almonds, raisins, and cashews
- Cherry tomatoes with low-fat ranch dip
- Strawberries dipped in low-fat whipped cream
- Baked chips (about 10 chips) with salsa
