- 1 cup of Peanut Butter (I used whipped)
- 1/2 cup Sugar Substitute
- 1 egg

Gather all of your ingredients. You’ll need peanut butter, sugar substitute (stevia works great) and eggs!

Mix all of the ingredients together.

Stir well (can stir with just your fork).

Spray pan and put cookies on in scoops.

Use your fork to press on the cookies.

Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes and enjoy!!
