I personally like Nutella better than chocolate, so being able to make a mug cake out of it in under 5 minutes is seriously a lifesaver! Mug cakes are much easier to make and are a fraction of the time! This mug cake only needs to heat in the microwave for one minute! Such an easy snack to make for the family. To make it even better, layer it with toppings such as whipped cream, ice cream, or even chocolate syrup! Make this for any occasion, for instance, a birthday or a party!

HOW TO MAKE NUTELLA MUG CAKES!

  1. Combine ingredients. Put all the ingredients together in a microwavable mug. Whisk the ingredients until batter is smooth. It should form a thick consistency.
  2. Microwave: Microwave it for 1 minute and be sure to let it cool down after.
  3. Optional: add toppings such as whipped cream, ice cream, or chocolate syrup!

NOTES:

You can substitute the all purpose flour with gluten-free flour, just note it may not rise as much. When you take the mug out of the microwave, be cautious that it is very hot! Don’t forget to add some toppings to this recipe! Enjoy!!
