Alice in Borderland is a 2020 Japanese Netflix thriller that not only makes you wonder about the true nature of people but very well carries similarities to the Korean show, Squid Game. However. The memorable series takes place in Tokyo where Arisu (Kento Yamazaki) and his two friends look to escape their troubled lives.
