A Royal Christmas is one of Hallmark’s movies for the Christmas season. This Movie features a main character, Emily Taylor, daughter of an expert tailor in Philadelphia. She is a big city young woman proud of her blue-collar background.
She is a devoted seamstress at the family business and madly in love with her doting European boyfriend, Leo. Her love story is about to level up a notch when her boyfriend discloses to her the truth about who he really is.
This movie is a Brad Krevoy production which features the talented Lacey Chabert (known for her role in Mean Girls) as she stars alongside beloved actress Jane Seymour and Steven Hagan, who plays prince Leopold. You might even find a line in this movie to put in your next Christmas card.
2. Harvest Moon
The next movie on our list is Harvest Moon. Jen Stone is a spoiled city girl from New York, accustomed to an expensive lifestyle when her father William (Willy Aames) goes bankrupt and her trust fund runs dry.
Jen decides to go upstate to figure out a way to gain financially through farming. In her new location she meets Brett Jarrett (Jesse Hutch), a handsome young farm manager.
As Jen surveys the dilapidated property, she realizes the struggling farm needs a makeover if she wants it to sell, but Brett worries her plan will put his family—including his young daughter, brother and aunt—out of a job and a home.
Jen and Brett went through a rough tug of war type of stage over disagreements about what would be done on the pumpkin farm but their fight is one destined to coin their love story. The stars in this movie are Jessy Schram and Jesse Hutch.
3. A Country Wedding
Next on the list of best Hallmark movies is A Country Wedding! This film is about a country western star Bradley, who returns to his hometown to sell his childhood home prior to his dream wedding.
Returning home, he stumbles upon his childhood sweetheart- the girl he proposed to when he was 8-years-old- she begins to help him plan his wedding before his fiance arrives. He is now troubled by his old flame being conjured up and he must figure out what he really wants.

4. The Lost Valentine
Next on the list is another great Hallmark movie. The story follows the characters of a TV journalist, Susan Allison, working on a profile of a woman, Caroline Thomas (White), whose husband naval aviator Lt. Neil Thomas was declared MIA 60 years ago during World War II.
Susan immediately clashes with Caroline’s grandson, Lucas Thomas (Faris), when he overhears her referring to the potential story as a fluff piece, rather than the very personal story it is, since she herself doubts if pure and true love exists.
She apologizes and manages to start the interview and starts spending time with both Caroline and Lucas.
Her developing friendship with Lucas makes her have doubts about her relationship with her fiance, Andrew Hawthorne, a photographer who is frequently absent overseas. The stars in this movie are Betty White, Jennifer Love Hewitt and Sean Faris.
5. Royal Matchmaker
The next movie on our list is Royal Matchmaker. In this movie the character Kate has a gift for matchmaking, and now her reputation as the “Queen of Hearts” has reached King Edward of Voldavia. He wants his son Prince Sebastian to present his future bride at the Jubilee and brings Kate onboard to help.
Soon it’s clear the Prince has a moat around his heart, and trusts only his valet Victor, so it’s no wonder Kate can’t break down the Prince’s emotional armor. But while shadowing His Highness on a day of ribbon cutting and dodging the press, she sees his tender side when he evokes his mother’s memory at a dedication.
Katesoon falls for Sebastian herself yet she is still, she’s bent on doing her job. Some of the stars in this movie are Bethany Lenz, Will Kemp and Brittany Bristow.
6. Christmas Under Wraps

In Christmas Under Wraps, the character Lauren, who has her entire life planned out, loses her boyfriend and residency at a top Seattle hospital on the same day – Lauren Brunell moves and reluctantly takes a residency position in Alaska.
That’s where she meets Andy and his father, and she slowly begins embracing her simpler (unplanned) life in Alaska. But as luck would have it she gets the position she originally hoped for, and now she must choose between the life she always wanted or her new life in Alaska.

7. The Christmas Spirit
Trying to get in the holiday spirit, try the Hallmark film The Christmas Spirit. In the movie, the character Charlotte Hart, a distinguished journalist, is spending time with her family over the holidays when a real estate developer approaches their small town with quite an offer.
Skeptical and looking for the real scoop, Charlotte drives to see the real estate head honcho to question him. While she’s en route, she gets into a terrible car accident and wakes up in the hospital only to realize that her body is in a coma, but her spirit is very much awake. She meets another spirit, who just happens to be the greedy developer.
It turns out that he was on the other end of the accident, and he too is in a coma. With only a few days left before the town votes on the development, Charlotte must try to change the minds of the developer and the town, but that is no easy task when no one can see or hear her.
This is one of those movies that helps people to understand the true meaning of Christmas.

In All For love, romance novelist Jo Parker (Rue) is worried that she’s lost her Cupid’s touch, after a string of success. She herself has sworn off relationships, her sales are down and her last book was a critical and commercial disaster. Jo is badly in need of a success and her publisher isn’t happy with her first draft of “Sealed with a Kiss.”
With her career in balance, Jo unenthusiastically commits herself to an immersive research course with an openly skeptical retired Seal, Colin Shaw (Bacic), who runs a military-style boot camp.
13. Date with Love
Looking for another romantic Hallmark movie for date night? In Date with love, Rose Newell is a young interior designer who has been given an assignment to design a high-end client’s home.
As she begins the project, Rose learns that her father, Frank, has suffered a broken leg. Now, her help is badly needed at Newell Farms, her parents’ tulip farm in rural Washington. Rose returns to her hometown and to her damaged relationship with Frank.

Looking for a show to watch on Valentine’s day? Hallmark’s Be my Valentine should be on your perfect match. In this movie a firefighter, lieutenant Dan Farrell is a widower and single dad who isn’t looking for love.
But a few weeks before Valentine’s day his team responds to a fire at a local florist. There he can’t help but notice the pretty owner, Kate.
When he struggles to buy flower arrangements for the station’s annual Valentine’s Day Firefighter’s Ball, Dan enlists Kate’s expertise. Soon the two are spending lots of time getting to know each other!
15. Good Witch Tale of Two Hearts
Everyone in town prepares for the festival’s competition with rival town Blairsville, especially Grace (Bailee Madison) and Nick (Rhys Matthew Bond), who realize this is their last Halloween in Middleton. New mayor Abigail (Sarah Power) tries to outdo former mayor Martha (Catherine Disher), creating rivalries within the town as well.
When a 100-carat ruby known as The Heart of Middleton is stolen from the museum where the festival’s gala is to be held, the town’s Halloween romance suffers, and Cassie suspects a Grey Houseguest is the culprit.
She also believes it will all magically work out during the Halloween gala –one filled with romance and surprises that not even Cassie’s magic intuition can predict.
16. Accidental Friendship
In “Accidental Friendship,” Wilson plays lonely, streetwise and homeless. Yvonne Caldwell, a woman with good reason to be bitter. Yvonne has lost everything except her two beloved dogs, Bebe and Man-Man.
With her one friend, Wes, Caldwell lives the daily struggle of being homeless in Los Angeles. That is, until a chance encounter caused by Yvonne’s scruffy pups leads to a friendship with LAPD officer Tami Baumann.

17. All Summer Long
In All Summer Long, a Seattle lawyer, Tia goes to San Francisco to see the Yellowfin, a vintage yacht her aunt and uncle turned into a dinner cruiser. A capable sailor, Tia agrees to captain the boat for the summer, but she’s taken aback to learn her ex-boyfriend Jake is the chef.
Still hurt over how he abruptly ended their relationship years ago, Tia is determined not to let Jake’s presence disrupt her summer.
18. Baby’s First Christmas
Another movie on our list for the Christmas holiday season is Baby’s first Christmas. Kyle Lockwood and Jenna Ford are two lawyers at a prestigious law firm.
They could not be more different. Kyle, a designer clad conservative and Jenna, his global warming concerned liberal counterpart are constantly butting heads.
After working at the same law firm for years, Jenna thought she finally rid herself of Kyle after moving to San Francisco. However, when Jenna and Kyle’s siblings, Jim and Trisha fall in love, it binds them together by default.
19. The Baker’s Son
When a ballet dancer visits the small island of Windward, local baker Matt (Daugherty) is enamored. His passion for her somehow finds its way into his baking, transforming Matt’s bread from bland to brilliant.

His wondrous new success attracts tourists, boosting the fortunes of the small island community. When the dancer leaves Matt is heartbroken and his bread promptly loses its magic.
20. A December Bride
Aspiring interior designer Layla O’Reilly is dreading the Christmastime wedding of her cousin who’s marrying Layla’s ex-fiancé. Although Seth Murphy is the one responsible for introducing the bride and groom, she begrudgingly accepts his offer to be her date as she’s out of options.
Seth gets carried away at the reception and announces they’re engaged, forcing a mortified Layla to keep up the pretense. But as the faux couple spends more time together they find themselves feeling something very real.
21. Falling for Vermont
Bestselling author Angela Young (Gonzalo) needs to get away from the media circus surrounding the premiere of the movie based on her bestselling book, but her boyfriend/business manager Brad (Benson) is too busy making deals to listen.
Determined to take a break, Angela pulls a disappearing act and drives up north to see the fall foliage. But her little getaway quickly goes awry when a bad storm hits, sending her careening down an embankment into a tree, where she hits her head so hard she blacks out.
The next morning, Angela awakes with temporary memory loss and finds the handsome town doctor, Jeff Callan (Ayres), tending to her.
22. Frozen in Love
Uptight and buttoned-down bookstore owner Mary (Cook) faces the grim reality of her quaint but stagnant Denver store closing. So, she reaches out for some PR help to turn things around.
At the same time, the handsomely wild, flashy “live-in-the moment” (and recently suspended) Denver Royals hockey star Adam Clayborn (Matter) is sent to the same PR firm. He has to fix his reputation and the two are paired together in a mutually-beneficial buddy system.
They must repair Adam’s image by involving him in local activities like coaching a youth hockey league, sponsored by Mary’s bookstore, and give Mary the chance to reinvent the store and do something big to save it.
When the two seem to bicker and banter about everything, and the press takes note, they accomplish just the opposite, and the plan seems doomed to fail.
It’s when both Mary and Adam finally learn to work together, and the tension between them begins to thaw. Then Adam has to make a difficult choice.
23. The Christmas Ornament
Newly widowed Kathy (Kellie Martin) plans to skip out on decking the halls and trimming the tree this Christmas, trying to avoid anything that will bring back memories of her late husband. The only Christmas tradition she will observe is baking cookies for her friends, a passion since she was a child.
When Kathy meets handsome Christmas tree shop owner Tim (Cameron Mathison), though, their undeniable chemistry – along with an ornament Tim gives her that symbolizes hope – helps Kathy open up to the joys of the season again.
With the support of her best friend Jenna (Staite), and the budding relationship with Tim, Kathy begins to embrace the hopeful message of the ornament, eventually hanging it – along with many others – on her Christmas tree.
24. A Very Merry Mixup
Shop owner Alice Chapman (Alicia Witt) is nervous to meet her future in-laws at Christmas. Especially because she is arriving ahead of her new fiancé, Will Mitchum (Scott Gibson).
Alice’s trip becomes more stressful when her luggage is lost and her phone is damaged, leaving her no way to find Will’s family! As fate would have it, she meets her future brother-in-law, Matt Mitchum (Mark Wiebe), at baggage claim and gets a ride home with him.
As Alice meets Matt’s doting family, mom Penny (Susan Hogan), dad Joe (Richard Fitzpatrick) and Grandpa Charles (Lawrence Dane), she falls in love with their festive holiday traditions and warm welcome to their home. When unexpected romance comes calling, Alice must decide if her merry mix-up will turn out to be her destiny.
25. From Friend to Fiancé
Jess (Hudon) and Ted (Paevey) have been best friends since they were kids. Ted gets engaged to the “high school mean girl” Kimberly (Kruger) and asks Jess to be the event planner for their wedding. Then things get complicated.
Although Jess tries her best to create a beautiful event, her true feelings for Ted keep getting in the way. Will Jess and Kimberly get their happy ending?
26. Christmas At The Plaza

During the holiday season in New York, Jessica (played by Elizabeth Henstridge), an archival historian enmeshed is in a declining romantic relationship. Then she is commissioned to create an exhibition honoring the history of Christmas at The Plaza Hotel.
There, she meets Nick, a handsome decorator hired to deck out the iconic landmark for Christmas. When The Plaza’s manager, Amanda (Duffy), pairs them together, Jessica and Nick go to work.

Dog show judge Donovan Darcy, comes across as aristocratic and rude and a chain of misunderstandings unfold during the competition, complicating their mutual attraction.
In true Jane Austen fashion, Elizabeth and Donovan begin to see the error of their ways and it turns out Mr. Darcy is far more kind and interesting than Elizabeth ever imagined.
