7 Outdoor Shopping Districts to Scope Out In KC

While it may not seem like it right now, soon the weather will be on our side here in Kansas City! When that day does arrive, it’ll be time to get out & enjoy it! So, to get outside while doing other activities that we all love to do–SHOP–here’s a list of 7 outdoor shopping districts to check out around KC:

1. Country Club Plaza

There’s no better area to get out and enjoy the town! The Country Club Plaza is filled with tons of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and places to just a grab a drink and enjoy the KC scenery. Shops range from Charlie Hustle to Kate Spade New York. There are 15 blocks to explore and find whatever your heart desires!

2. Weston

A hidden gem in Missouri is what I call Weston! This cute town is filled with breweries, wineries, Irish pubs, and other eclectic restaurants. It also has antique shoppes, like 1837 Emporium, and tons of boutiques too–Adams Mayfair Co! Make a day of it and visit Weston this Spring!

3. Zona Rosa

Zona Rosa is an outdoor mall located in the Northland area of Kansas City! It has all of your necessities: Dick’s Sporting Goods, Forever 21, and Old Navy. It also has it’s own boutiques: Runway Seven and Amelia’s Boutique–LOVE. Zona Rosa is a nice place to shop while enjoying the outdoors and getting your steps in!

4. Park Place

Park Place features specialty shops and boutiques in the Leawood, Kansas area. The area is to die for with streets lined with trees and public squares! Check out Park Place to be able to eat, shop, indulge, and discover all while being outdoors.

5. Legends Outlets

Located in the heart of Village West is where you will find Legends Outlets Kansas City. It is the only outlet outdoor shopping destination serving the KC area! Check it out and get a bang for your buck at Banana Republic, Coach, and Nike outlets!

6. Brookside

Located in the area of 63rd Street, between Main Street and Wornall Road, over 80 shops, restaurants, and service providers call this area of Brookside home. The eclectic shops, unique boutiques, and neighborhood eateries are what makes Brookside such a welcoming desirable location! Not too far from the Plaza, if you’re looking for something different come to Brookside!
