If you thought you got your fill of “RuPaul’s Drag Race” this summer, you are sorely mistaken. Just as season 12 of the regular season ended in May and the newest All-Star season finishes up this month, yet another drag-based show is headed our way. Thus, it has just been announced that a new docuseries will premiere on August 21st, titled “RuPaul’s Drag Race: Vegas Revue”.

So, the docuseries will follow the Las Vegas residency show, entitled “RuPaul’s Drag Race Live!”. The variety show premiered in January to great success. “Vegas Revue” will focus on 6 former “Drag Race” contestants who also work on the live show. Therefore, fans will get to see fan-favorite, Vanessa “Vanjie” Mateo, Derek Berry, Naomi Smalls, season 11 winner Yvie Oddly, Asia O’Hara, and Kameron Michaels.

“Drag Race” fans have taken to Twitter with their excitement. Specifically, they have been praising Ru for his ability to never let his fans go hungry for content. Recently, the “Drag Race” sphere has grown worldwide, beginning “RuPaul’s Drag Race UK” and “RuPaul’s Drag Race Canada”. While the drag superstar has always created a vault of media content, 2020 seems to be his time to shine.
