1. Prep the sweet potato. Peel the sweet potato and chop it into bite-sized cubes. Make sure to use a cutting board when chopping the sweet potatoes, so as to not damage your countertop.
2. Toss. Place the sweet potato cubes in a medium-sized bowl. Then, add the olive oil and salt. Toss the ingredients together. Make sure that the cubes are evenly covered with olive oil and salt.
3. Fry. Place the sweet potato cubes evenly into the air fryer. Set your air fryer to 400°F. Let them cook for 10 minutes.
4. Season. Remove the sweet potato cubes from the air fryer. Sprinkle on shredded parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Let them cool slightly before eating. Then, enjoy your delicious sweet potato cubes!

Ingredients
- 1 medium Sweet Potato, peeled and cubed
