Over the past few months I have been partnering with BareMed Spa in Kansas City to try out their laser hair reduction treatment. I have been going to Tracy Gundelfinger at their downtown location. How does it work?
Laser Hair reduction works by using light energy to target the pigment in the hair follicle to prevent further growth. Here at BareMed Spa we use the LightSheer laser system. the LightSheer uses a state of the art diode laser that is safe for all skin types and utilized 2 different hand pieces to make treatments customized for each client.
Are you a candidate?

How long are treatments?
With the light sheer laser system treatments are more than 75% faster than your average laser session. Depending on the area, treatments can vary from 15 minutes to 1 hour.
What areas can be treated?
All areas of the body can be treated as long as the hair is dark enough.
Is it permeant?
Multiple treatment are required for permanent hair reduction. Results vary from person to person.
Does it hurt?
Treatments can be slightly uncomfortable but our laser features what called HIT technology and ChillTip technology. HIT uses suction and ChillTip uses a cooling system to minimize discomfort.
How much does the treatment cost?
