30 Minute Workout
Believe it or not, most trainers or fitness experts prefer low impact workouts for people who are looking for an effective but quick burner session. This can easily be done at the start of the day or when you’re winding down. This is for both men and women. Complete each exercise for one minute, then repeat a second time.

It has great benefits like muscle gain and metabolism control. The bad thing is that there are no breaks. Seriously, the first time I ever tried a HIIT workout I did not finish it at all. Your body is constantly moving without slowing down. While intense, it’s an effective and safe way to build strength.

Yoga
Yes, yoga is a workout. Doing yoga daily lowers stress, improves your posture, increases flexibility, and builds your muscles. It does burn more than calories. With a good technique, yoga combines strengthening and meditation. Since yoga doesn’t require too much space (just enough space for your yoga mat), it’s also a great way to get an at-home workout in.
Ideally, you should work out 3-4 times a week. Please don’t over do it, as you will need to give your body time to rejuvenate.
