Bachelor in Paradise Rumored CANCELLED
If you haven’t already heard, Bachelor in Paradise season 4 was rumored to be abruptly cancelled. Here’s the scoop on everything we know so far.
According to sources, DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios were involved in allegations of misconduct on set of Bachelor in Paradise that led producers to be very unhappy. Production has since been suspended, and it is now under investigation. Warner Bros. released a statement to the press saying, “We have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico. We have suspended production and are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations. Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action.” Other sources say a producer from the show witnessed the whole encounter, then filed a lawsuit immediately after.
LA Times writer Amy Kaufman live tweeted everything she knew from a close source.
However, a source told DeMario’s side of the story to TMZ saying:
Last Sunday– the first day of production at a Mexican resort– DeMario Jackson and Corinne Olympios were told by producers one of the story lines would be the 2 of them hooking up… especially entertaining because both are considered villains from previous shows.
We’re told the 2 met at the bar and the alcohol was flowing. DeMario says Corinne jumped in his lap and started making out with him. “We’re told there was lots of intense rubbing.”
DeMario says Corinne then suggested they retreat to the pool, with the cameras rolling. They took off their clothes, started making out…
(We’ll let you guys figure out the rest)
but we’re told this allegation is a big point of contention and others disagree with his account. He says he was not able to engage in intercourse because of the alcohol.
DeMario says the next day everything was fine and he and Corinne were actually getting along well, but Tuesday they were called by the Executive Producer and told one of the show producers had seen the film and was “uncomfortable” with what was shot.
Whether or not any of this is true, the only thing we know is production was halted. Most of the cast members were also seen flying out of Mexico from one fan’s Instagram post. Not pictured were Corinne and DeMario.
We’ll be on the look out for any other news that comes up, and keep you all updated.
