Baked Eggs Italian-Style Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Parmesan
- 1/4 teaspoon of seasoning salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasoning
- 4 Cup Marinara Sauce
- 8 eggs
How to make Baked Eggs Italian Style:
- Preheat Oven to 350.
- Pour the Marinara Sauce in a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the sauce.
- Use the bottom of a cup to make 8 rounded indentations in the marinara sauce and crack an egg into each indentation.
- Sprinkle the cheese and seasoning salt over the tops of the eggs.
- Bake until the egg whites are set and the yolks are a bit runny and the cheese has melted, about 18 minutes.
- Serve by scooping eggs and sauce into individual bowls, using a large spoon.
