Hello,
I’m trying to calculate these and am wondering how many pancakes this makes? It says to put 1/4 of the batter in the pan, so 4 servings? With that I’m getting 4 pts each.
I really want to make these but would love to know how many servings it is first.
Thank you!
Delicious! For me the recipe made about 12 4 inch pancakes. I added a wee bit of salt and pecans to individual pancakes. Served with sugar free syrup. So good and a lot of food to freeze for later.
