  1. Hi, I love being able to use your articles as a quick guide for gluten free menus. My husband has celiac so gluten free is a must. I did notice on your chick fil a one that the bbq sauce is listed gluten free…I’m not sure if something in their ingredients list has changed since this has been written but it is not gluten free. It caused a flare up when my husband ate it. He’s since had just the fries and just the grilled nuggets and has been fine as long as he doesn’t eat the sauce. It’s possible there was just cross contamination in the factory but we felt it was worth noting.
