Chris Harrison Officially Being Replaced As Host By Two Previous Bachelorettes
Bachelor Nation fans your long-time host Chris Harrison will officially not be taking on his usual role for this upcoming season of The Bachelorette.
Chris Harrison Wanted To Host
Chris Harrison joined co-host Michael Strahan on “Good Morning America” to speak out about all of the things going on in the Bachelor world.
“I am an imperfect man, I made a mistake and I own that. I believe that mistake doesn’t reflect who I am or what I stand for,” Harrison shared.
As many Bachelor fans have been wondering Harrison shared if he will be back as host for the franchise, “I plan to be back and I want to be back. And I think this franchise can be an important beacon of change.”
“I know that change is felt, not just by me, but by many others. And we are excited and willing to do the work to show that progress,” Harrison shared.
Harrison’s Replacements
As shared by E! News, ‘On Friday, March 12, ABC Entertainment and Warner Horizon told E! News in a statement about the new hosts.
“Chris Harrison will not be hosting the next season of The Bachelorette. We support Chris in the work that he is committed to doing.”
The new leads will be two previous Bachelorettes, “In his absence, former Bachelorettes Tayshia Adams and Kaitlyn Bristowe will support the new Bachelorette through next season.”
The statement continued, “As we continue the dialogue around achieving greater equity and inclusion within The Bachelor franchise, we are dedicated to improving the BIPOC representation of our crew, including among the executive producer ranks. These are important steps in effecting fundamental change so that our franchise is a celebration of love that is reflective of our world.”
The Future Host
