  1. Umm, no, you cannot walk into Cici’s and “go enjoy a delicious slice of pizza” if you’re on the Keto diet. No idea why you would write something like that. Many people on Keto restrict their carbs to 20 or less, for most of their pizzas only one slice will take you over that, and two slices will probably be enough to kick you out of ketosis.

    Cici’s is not a very good restaurant to go to if you’re on Keto, but if you do decide to go your best options are either salad, wings, or if you ask them they will make you a “pizza in a bowl” without the crust. But definitely don’t just walk in expecting to chow down on pizza if you want to stay in ketosis!
