Clare And Dale Break-Up: Real or For Attention?
On this past season of “The Bachelorette” fans across the world got to watch a whirl-wind romance develop between bachelorette Clare Crawley and former football player Dale Moss. Clare and Dale have recently reunited.
As many posts have been shared about a reunion in Florida, it makes us curious how real was the break-up? Was it a split? A break? Or did they just play a fast one on Bachelor Nation and get everyone talking?
How The Romance Started
Clare Crawley began this past season of “The Bachelorette” looking for love and promptly found it. Her time on the show ended early when she quickly fell in love with and became engaged to Dale Moss.
The two seemed absolutely smitten with each other, and Clare even mentioned that, “Babies are on the agenda.”
They Announce Their Split
On January 19, 2021 Dale announced that he and Clare split. E! News shared the news.
A few hours after officially announcing his split from Clare Crawley, Dale spoke to a reporter after being spotted in New York City. In response to questions about his decision to break up with Clare, Dale states that, “Honestly, we’ve just got a lot going on in our lives right now,” and explains that “This is just the healthiest thing for both of us.”
Clare Was Devastated
Viewers of “The Bachelorette” will remember Clare Crawley for her strong, positive, and bright personality. So, hearing that she is upset by the breakup, is equally upsetting for fans.
A source revealed to E! News that since her ex-fiancée Dale Moss ended their relationship, Clare Crawley is very upset. The insider says, “She’s trying to focus on herself right now but is completely devastated.”
They also reveal that Moss’s motivations for ending the relationship were that he simply is not ready for the level of commitment Clare asked for. The source highlights that, “They are in different places in life right now,”
Now Reconnected
So how long were they apart? Perhaps on the two of them really know what is going on, but what know now is.
“[Dale] regrets how the split happened. They are going to be spending the weekend in Florida and Clare wants to head to NYC with him. They are just spending time together right now to see if it can work,” a source told E! News.
“Clare and Dale are not officially back together but are working on their relationship. There’s a lot of resentment but Clare can’t ignore her feelings towards him.”
The source added, “Clare has forgiven Dale for his actions and the messy split and wants to move forward. She has expressed she’s still in love with him and wants to make it work.”
Dale & Clare Working On Things
While it is quite unclear of what is going on between these two. Sources have shared to E! news that Clare is still hopeful for a future with Dale. They say, “She wanted this relationship to work and has hopes they can rekindle in the future.”
However, a source close to Dale Moss expected the breakup explaining that Moss has “always been very independent.”
While Clare is very upset by the breakup, those close to her “feel it’s for the best at this point.” The source even reveals that “Many of Clare’s friends were always skeptical of the relationship and Dale’s intentions.”
Whether the Bachelor Nation couple rekindles their romance or splits for good, we can only wish them both the very best.
