Cranberry-Orange Champagne Cocktail
Add some color to your next cocktail party with this pretty cranberry-orange champagne cocktail. It’s the perfect mix between cranberries and oranges!
Champagne is one of those drinks that you can add just about anything to it. It’s super versatile and a crowd favorite. I love making these for my friends. They’re delicious and super simple.
These will be a fan favorite once you make them! The best part about them is that you can make them with brunch or for happy hour. This recipe yields two drinks.
INGREDIENTS FOR CRANBERRY-ORANGE CHAMPAGNE:
1 187 mL bottle of La Marca Prosecco (champagne, it does not make a difference).
1 cup of orange juice (or whatever tastes good to you!)
One bottle of 11 oz cranberry juice (to freeze).
INSTRUCTIONS:
First, freeze the cranberry juice in an ice cube tray.
Next, add the cranberry ice cubes to a blender and blend. Stop blending when you get some ice chunks and slush like consistency.
Then, add the slush and ice to a glass, pour in Prosecco/champagne, and add orange juice.
Lastly, enjoy!
Notes:
This cocktail is perfect summer and a chance to cool down! The colors, the ingredients, and everything about this recipe will have you wanting to make it all the time. To make it even more appealing add a slice of an orange to the side of the glass!
