Delicious KETO Cauliflower Waffle Recipe
Cauliflower Waffles might seem like an odd creation. But Cauliflower Waffles will be the perfect breakfast if you wrote KETO diet into your New Year’s resolutions.

We promised that this would be the year we actually stuck to our KETO diet. However, KETO recipes can seem daunting if you’re unfamiliar with them. Cauliflower is full of fiber and antioxidant and helps with weight loss. It is the perfect replacement for carbs and grains. Which you’ll need to cut for your KETO diet. This KETO Cauliflower Waffle recipe is easy to make on those busy Monday morning. Or even a lazy Sunday morning when you want to try something different.
Cauliflower Waffles

Crispy waffles made from cauliflower to give your breakfast a healthy twist.
Ingredients
- ½ a head of cauliflower
- ¼ cup of Mozzarella or your choice of cheese
- Green onions
- 2 eggs.
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower in half and the florets off the cauliflower. An easy way to make the cauliflower into rice is to blend it in a blender for a few seconds.
- Mix cheese, green onions, eggs, and almond flour (optional) into a bowl with the cauliflower rice. I did not use almond flour when we made it.
- Spray your waffle maker and place a scoop of the mixture onto the waffle maker. Cook until golden brown.
- Enjoy with you favorite fruit as a topping.
Notes
You can add a couple spoonfuls of almond flour but I did not use it in this recipe.
KETO is a great way to take control of your weight and make a healthier you. It is a diet that cuts out a lot of carbs. Sadly, that means waffles. These Cauliflower Waffles will quench that craving for waffles when you’re starting to crave some buttery waffles cupping pools of syrup. Here’s my recommendation if you need a waffle maker!
